With a bachelor's in piano, Rebecca enjoys working with beginning (age 5 and up) through advanced pianists. While following a carefully structured curriculum, each lesson is tailored to the individual and aims to nurture the student's love of music, whether they prefer classical music, rock n roll, or anything in between.
Rebecca also has experience as a choral director (junior high through adult) as well as directing musical theatre productions. Voice students will receive instruction in basic vocal techniques, including breath control, pitch matching, diction, and intonation. Jon McDonald is a highly accomplished drummer and percussionist. He studied percussion at the University of Houston and was the percussion instructor in Cy-Fair ISD (Houston) for over 20 years. His students consistently received top marks at contests and auditions. Jon is in demand as a drum set player for diverse groups, ranging from rock to jazz. Drum lessons focus on proper playing technique as well as music theory instruction and exposure to different rhythmic styles.

LESSON FORMATS:
Lessons are typically held at Rebecca and Jon's home in Bay City, Texas.
Piano, voice, and drum lessons are 30 minutes, once a week.
You may opt to combine piano and voice studies into a "blended" lesson.
Online lessons are also available as warranted.
